Levels:

Associate Product Designer

The associate level is focused on learning established processes and design patterns. Designers should seek out mentorship from other designers on the team as well as work directly with their manager on growth opportunities.

Product Designer

At this level, Designers take on work more independently while continuing to proactively give and receive feedback.

Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designers take design ownership of large projects and are design leaders in the team. They assume responsibility for design quality across the company and collaborate with Product and Tech leads to define roadmaps and goals.

Lead Product Designer

Lead Product Designers are design leaders within the organisation, leading projects across different product areas (eg ProdPad, Sparks, Website etc). They assume responsibility for design quality of all of our products, our processes on the team, and actively mentor and manage other Designers.
